Deep Drawing Quality - Joda's specialty is in deep drawing quality. Grain size is tightly controlled to minimize the "orange peel effect". This is a rough surface, like the surface of an orange peel, which often occurs after deep drawing. Joda tightly controls the chemistry and heat treating to maximize the elongation that allows the materials to stretch more.
Anodizing Quality - Our aluminum circle are commonly used in high quality anodizing cookware. We are good at providing a very consistent anodizing surface.
Heavy Gauge Circle - Joda can produce aluminum circle with thicknesses up to 6mm thick. Such thicknesses are commonly required with commercial quality cookware.
